Job Description: Newberry Country Club is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Pro Shop Associate to join our team. This position is the first point of contact for many of our guests and members, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, provides great customer service, and helps create a welcoming golf experience. Responsibilities: Greet members and guests in a professional and friendly manner Check in golfers and manage tee times Answer phone calls and assist with questions about tee times, events, rates, and merchandise Operate the point-of-sale system for pro shop purchases and golf fees Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pro shop Restock merchandise and assist with displays Help with opening and closing duties Support daily golf operations as needed Qualifications: Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable handling transactions and using a computer/POS system Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Golf knowledge is a plus, but not required What We’re Looking For: We want someone who is personable, organized, and ready to help create a great experience for everyone who visits the course. A positive attitude and willingness to learn go a long way in this role.
